The office manager is responsible for assisting with facility reservations, inputting data, ordering supplies, organizing office space, filing, answering the phone, and other general office duties as assigned. S/he holds regular office hours—roughly 20 hours per week.


  1. Requirements:
  2. * Excellent communication skills
  3. * Integrity, maturity, energy
  4. * Ability to multi-task
  5. * Punctual, highly organized, detail-oriented, creative
  6. * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Publisher, and Word)
  7. * Must be current University of Baltimore student
  8. * Must have previous experience with clerical and administrative work
  9. * Must be willing to be on campus often
