Office Manager

The office manager is responsible for assisting with facility reservations, inputting data, ordering supplies, organizing office space, filing, answering the phone, and other general office duties as assigned. S/he holds regular office hours—roughly 20 hours per week.
- Requirements:

- * Ability to multi-task
- * Punctual, highly organized, detail-oriented, creative
- * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Publisher, and Word)
- * Must be current University of Baltimore student
- * Must have previous experience with clerical and administrative work
- * Must be willing to be on campus often
